My buddy makes the kit. You WILL need a "flamethrower" kit though. I think his kit runs for 50 bucks. Reason MOST of the ones on Ebay are junk is they will burn up QUICKLY.

You'll need: Flame thrower "kit"
2 Ignition Coils
2 Spark plugs
1 Windshield Washer Pump
1 Small, leak proof bottle
3 pieces of tube and a t-fitting
Keroscene

He has all the details if you want to contact him. He's however not a sponser here..so hit me up in PMs if you want it. The above setup will shoot flames 2-4 feet back. He does it ALL the time and has yet to even blister the paint on his T/A

do you think that your buddy would know how to make the flames only like 2-3 inches and to somehow achieve like a bluish flame??

If you buy the kit and everything except for the kero/bottle/tubing/washer pump... that will make a flame about 5-6 inches off the back with just your exhaust gases.

Way it works is, you would rev your engine...press button number 1 which kills the ignition for a second...press button two which sends spark to the plugs in the tailpipe, igniting the raw fuel.

Total cost for kit and everything will be 100 bucks or less

Oh...and the flames are a blue/blueish white

I downloaded that video off the net around christmas last year, have it on my PSP and shown it to most of the local car club. There are nice massive flames, i like what you done with the glowing bird between the rear lights too.

I didn't read the whole thread, but if this hasn't been posted yet, Pro Mod, Funny cars and Top Fuel dragsters all shoot flames out of the exhaust...without an external ignition or fuel source. The exhaust gas just has fuel left over in it and when it contacts the air at the pipe exit, the fuel mixes with oxygen and combusts. Unless your car is running stoich or lean, it'll do the exact same thing as long as your exhaust gases are above the flash point when they meet oxygen.
