To make it easy why not just buy a ported throttlebody that comes with it already done??

I'm going to bump this thread to get some more opinions. I actually just heard about this mod last night, I knew of it but never read into what it does.

My TPS voltage at WOT is 4.41v. While setting up my window switch I had to set TPS voltage and saw that the difference between 4.41v and 4.31v(which ended up being my trigger voltage) is literally nothing. So to grind the bumpstop down to reach 4.67v seems pointless to me. All these years of the bumpstop mod yet not one dyno result. Of course more air means more power but how much more air? The blade, which isn't restricting much, if any, anyflow at WOT is barely opening anymore after the mod.

I would love to proven wrong but I don't see how this mod does anything.
