MTI TB/ Idle problems

I put a wieand intake manifold and a mti racing 78mm throttle body on my 2000 trans am, and for some reason, it is idling extremely low(~500rpm) on startup, but then it will idle high (~1000 rpm) occaisionally, and trip the check engine light, which will say the idle control system is off. The low idle I can live with, but does anyone have an idea on what to do about the light. (car is an automatic as well)

Try adjusting the idle screw on the throttle body and see if that helps any.

Supposedly the people I brought it to put it on HP tuners and fixed it last week. And before that I fooled around with the idle screw for about a week and a half, but it just won't level out. And it's only idling low until it warms up a little (maybe 20 seconds or so)
