Best cam for 90/90 set up
Selling the stuff and investing in a set of ported heads would make a helluva-lot more power for around the same price.
Unless you plan on heads/bigger cubes in the future, the 90/90 isn't worth it.

It should work better in the higher rpms than the LS6, anywhere from 5500rpm it will outperform it.
Mid range should not be affected, and even at 2400rpm you'll only be looking at 5-10lb ft less with the 90/90 so I think its a pretty fair trade off, bearing in mind most setups are producing well over 300lb ft by that time anyhow.
I don't know toomuch about the LG cams, they seem to have loyal follows and quality products. The Trex is a monster and should work well, the MS3 is old hat and lacks bottom end due to the wide LSA. The MS4 should match the MS3 up high but out perform it mid and low range.
I would be tempted to shoot for the MS4, although I think the DCR would work out a little low, a set of heads would make a difference with any cam. TSP sell PRC S1 heads at a great price and with the MS4 it should make good power and work well with nitrous. Recently a MS4 90/90 bolt on with Terminator heads made over 480rwhp, it did require flycutting though.
Lastly a custom cam may be a better bet depending on your intended goals.
I have a LS6 as well (Z06), but with all the bolt ons except a EWP. I do not know what your combination will do with stock heads. It may be best to get the heads first and then get the Ported FAST 90 set-up from Tony Mamo. The G5X1 cam is a good cam, obviously not the biggest, but I would get some AFR heads milled to 59cc maybe first from Tony and then get the Mamofied FAST 90 / NW 90 TB. If money is not a deciding factor, why not get both at the same time.
