ASP Pulley question

I have had it on my car for about 3 years and i just noticed that the pulley itself is comming appart. its not comming off the block but it looks like its a 2 piece part and the inside is comming out. has this happened to anyone else????
Car has only 37000 miles on it and i put it on at like 22000.

It seems to me that they should not be coming "apart". I wonder if it is a going to be something that is causing it to be off balance.

car shakes at high speeds and its not from the Driveshaft cause thats new one. you wont see from the pics because its moves just a little with my finger pushing on it.

I figured that it would cause a vibration or imbalance. Where did you originally get it from? I would contact them or try ASP personally.

Maybe it's one of the older ASP's that were not SFI 18.1 approved?
