It would be luck of the draw. But you can for sure find
yourself a used pair, a 12" long "disposable" drill bit (you
will trash it good) and a crowbar easily enough. And then
you have the satisfaction of a job well done

I can't think of a place to legally obtain them, why you wouldn't bother either doing it yourself or ordering a highflow set even an ORY I'm not sure.
It's not hard although i'm against it, i've heard some rumors they loose power compaired to good cats or none pretuning, be that true or not. I wouldn't bother gutting cats either.
