I will be doing this swap also in the spring. Next summer will be fun as hell I think.

the gray ones are honestly ****....they dont stick out at all and dont give that good of a seal with the head, the red ones are thicker and stick out and give a flushed seal with the head...geez

thats the map sensor...the oil sending unit it is a small cylinder shaped object on the back of the block...people commonly bump it when they install the new manifold...its wafer thin at the base and will break with barely any pressure....as for the tune ?....you dont need to do that unless you leave the injectors in and even then you can just get a base upgrade stock tune...ie have someone flash the computer to a newer year for your fuel ratios...otherwise you will run a little bit rich, i did for about a week until i got it taken care of...
