Default Air and EGR!

If I run my car without the air and egr blocked, since I have headers, for any certain amount of time, will it hurt my car?

Besides the terrible exhaust leaks, i am not sure. Why not just avoid the possibility and just tighten a bolt down into the EGR/AIR holes on the header until you get the block off plates.

No I have the race style headers, No air egr, I am talking about the stock crap that is still on the car. I did not have time to pull all of that out, and I am finding that I may not have much time in the near future to take it all out and plug it up. And it is my daily driver..

I removed and got all my codes deleted for the EGR,AIR,Rear O2's and maybe the PCV Line done when I got my tune, but do you guys remember how much it was just to get these deleted out of the computer. Im puttin new heads and headers on my buddies car as we speak, and this may be an option for him.

There are no lines coming off the throttle body from either system. Are you talking about the hole that is left in the intake manifold when removing the EGR? If so, you will want to pick up a 1 3/8" freeze/expansion plug from a local auto/hardware store.

without usign the guides it took me around 45 min to pull both systems off. order the blockoff plates from Texas speed if you dotn have time to fab them yourself. and buy a coupel washers for hte bolts. a 1 3/8 freeze plug for hte intake and your ready ot go. it was too terribly easy.
