Default cut outs and backpressure?

i put cut outs on to a ory how far back do they need to be effective as in how many inches do they need to be so that back pressure it not an issue i hope this make since

Cars needing backpressure is a myth.

location will not affect flow, thus backpressure. They may affect the exhaust pressure wave, but that's a different thing entierly.
