Default AC Removal

I want to remove my air conditioning condensor to free up some hp and knock off some weight in the front of the engine. I never use ac bc I live in Huntington Beach where the weather seldomly breaks 80degrees. I know in order to do this properly you need to a bit more than just simply remove the condensor and get a tighter belt. I was wondering if anyone could share with me every little detail involved in removing the entire ac package. Thanks.
