Mine came with everything I needed (gaskets and coolant tubes/blockoffs). So can't help with the P/N's on those. If yours is new it should come with them as well. Do you still have EGR? If so you will need the blockoff plate for the manifold because the system has to leave. Nothing else is needed. It's a rather straight forward/easy install.

Be careful or you'll need the PN for the oil pressure sensor too. GM changes the PN's on the front coolant pipe/plugs so much it's hard to keep up.

I didn't use the new coolant tubes or anything. I grinded all the little fins down on the bottom of the LS6 manifold and sanded it. Works like a charm.

Easy install.

Just pick up the coolant crossover pipe and the blockoff plugs.

Be carefull removing and installing the intake manifold or you will break the oil pressure sending unit. I did, and i picked up a new unit from O'Reillys for $26.

It just so happened I had a failing unit, because I had a slight rise in oil pressure.

I reused my old coolant tube gaskets, I have no problems to my knowledge.

I would get the correct hardware (pipe and plugs) to avoid potential headackes.

Heres the write up that the guys on ls1howto did, they detailed step by step process that will guide you through the swap, i would get new intake gaskets, tb gasket and orings for the injectors.
