There are some write ups on it and you should probably do a search for lots of info on this common topic.

My only personal tip is use a standard socket not a spark plug socket. I did the whole car switching between the two types of sockets and the change was quite easy. Took about an hour the first time.

I had to use a buddies tiny arms for #8 but I got the others on my own.

My son and I did this on Sunday. Let me tell you that if you asked me if I would do it again during it, I would have probably kicked your *** and said Hell No! But now that its all done I will definately do it again. That being said, yes it is a very tight fit and small arms seem to be the key. We didnt remove anything (coil packs) to do it. The back plug on passenger side was the toughest one to get to. I have headers which also gives a little more room. We went from the bottom to get this one and its tight but once your arm is in there its not too bad. I will say patience is also the key. Dont give up and just keep at it. I have N20 so I used the NGK TR6 IX (iradium) plugs. I also used Autolite wires which I got from Advance. These are or seem to be so far a great wire. They snapped in very nicely and you could hear the "click" to be sure they are on right. Car seems to run much smoother and fires up extremely fast when starting. We used a stubby ratchet for most of the plugs. A thin handled 4" would have been perfect for it but I didnt have one. Sorry for the long post but I hope it helps you. And dont forget, your saving a couple hundred doing it yourself which makes the cuts and scratches to your hands and arms a bit easier to take.
Good Luck.

Definitely remove the coil pack rails on both sides of the valve covers. Then only put 2 or 3 of the bolts back in when you're finished because that's all you need. Go ahead and remove/disconnect the A.I.R. system as well. Just don't lose the little gasket.
