As far as wires, OEM LS1 or LS2 or GMPP wires like I run are nice.
Yep totally agree. At $15 per set you cant go wrong. Wires are going to be personal taste. I still have the oem's that came on my car in 99. But they dont come in custom lengths....lol and I havent used them since 2001.

For "bling", I like GMPP red wires. I had a set of cheap-o Accel red 8mm wires and they worked great as well. You aren't going to see much, if any, HP out of plug wires on the LS-series, so go with with sturdy, well-constructed wires in your budget.
As for plugs, NGK has become my favorite over the years. I run TR6s at .038 in my 383/nitrous Z28 and have a fresh set of TR55s waiting to be installed in my Z06.

I got MSD 8.5 wires and bosch plat. 4 plugs. I got bosch because I have had good luck with brand and wanted to do a different plug than everyone else.

LMAO! the 10mm wires are no better and not worth it over the MSD 8.5mm superconductors. The MSD are also guaranteed for 5 yrs and I run a special and sell them with NGM tr55's or tr6 plug for 54 delivered red or black.
