Default Problem chewing up belts.. plz help

All of a sudden my car has began chewing up the belts and I dont know why. I thought the tensioner might be the cause but Im not sure. Would a bad tensioner cause it to chew the belt up? Under any kind of heavy acceleration it will just shred it in notime. Tensioner? Idler pulley? Anyone have any problems like this? Please let me know or have anyone have any ideas?

the idler/tesioner is the problem, same thing started happening with mine. Went with an aftemarket 1 from Katech, throwing off & chewing up of the belt went away
