stock exhaust???
stock exhaust??? the cops out here are horrible with loud exhausts so i was wondeirng how much would my stock exhaust quiet my cam and motor down?? i have a cut out so the exhaust doesnt matter to me.

my friend has the slp dual dual/e-cutout on his hawk. he has a rapid motorsports cam and i think its ground on a 110 lsa. its loud as hell with the cut out open, and sounds nice and mellow with the cut out closed. you can still hear the lope of the cam, but nothing compared to what you would hear if it were comming from a catback like borla, corsa, etc...i say do it!
Yeah,a dual dual catback sounds very good but is VERY quiet.
If your doing LTs and ORY,it will obviously get louder but.If it gets too loud even with the cutout closed,put in a bullet muffler (Dynomax or Borla).Or you could go with a catted Y.
