any gain going to 1 7/8 headers
For stock NA cubes, unless you are shifting at 6800 rpm or higher, 1 3/4" make for a better set-up because the gains for the bigger tubes don't show up until around 6000 rpm and there will be some low & midrange torque loss.
Any gain from switching isn't worth the investment unless you running lots of gear.
