on the top front of the intake?
there is a little rubber seal that can be tough to get seated correctly, just have to remove that bolt and pull up on the tube and see if the seal is on correct

it is the one that mounts right on top egr tube i think. i am pretty sure it is the reason i am having a idle problem plus when i get to about 4000 it starts to make a whisleing sound.

well the new o-ring fixed the problem with my idle but it has been a day and now it is starting to whisle again what could cause the whisle? also is there suppose to be one or two bolts holding the egr tube to the intake, and can anyone send my a picture to compair mine to?

Take off the pipe and be sure to look for cracks in the manifold, have seen other people have the same issue. Are you POSITIVE that its the EGR hookup? Many places on the manifold can have a vacuum leak, like blur said there are also hook-ups in the back and if they aren't on all the way they will give you a vacuum leak. Also make sure all of your manifold bolts are tight. If its your EGR hookup you can take a small amount of RTV sealant and put it around the OUTSIDE where the EGR tube meets the manifold, that will give you an air tight seal that will fix the leak if thats where it is.
