Default Is it normal?

For the check enginge light to come on after cahnging sparkplugs and spark plugwires.And also my temp gauge quit working.Help me out .How can i get the check engine light off and my gauge working.Other than that the car moves like a bat out off hell.

Sonds like you might have either damaged or forgot to plug in the temp sensor.
It's right in front of the #1 header primary on the drivers side

I forgot to plug the ECT sensor back in after doing a spark plug and wire change this weekend. Once I started the car, both fans turned on and the temperature gauge didn't work.

is the ses light solid, you gotta get it scanned to figure out why its coming on, we aren't mind readers.
