Pacesetters vs Kooks.. any HP difference?

Any HP difference between Pacesetters and Kooks? Or is the price difference because of their materials?
Is the Pacesetter made cheap because it's inexpensive compared to the top end ones? Does it make less power?

It's mostly a material/quality thing. Kooks might make a little bit more hp because of the velocity spike in the collector, but the big price difference is based Kooks being stainless steel.
i wish i couldve put kooks on my ride but i didnt have the money
pacesetters work just fine but if you dont mind paying the extra and plan on keeping your car for a long time stainless is the way to go

pacesetters are regarded as the best bang for the buck header out there.

I have the pacesetter lt's, they're perfect, I wouldn't go with any other brand. kooks 1 7/8 aren't going to make a difference untill your getting into big cubes, my buddy has heads/cam, 383 stroker and a 150 shot, he's been told by multiple speed shops that he may actually lose power by going to the kooks over his pacesetters.

So for the average LS1 regarding LT the length of the tubes how they are routed from the ports to the collector the firing order the style and length of the collector and the od of the tubing is not important enough to make much difference no matter whatbrand u use. So they all have about the same HP and torque at about the same rpm range. The only difference is price-fit and longevity.

150 shot... yea that'll help you loose power too in the end.
400hp+ i would say you should hit up kooks but if your just looking for something nice and enjoyable with a pretty good sound go with pacesetters.

Choose Kooks for material/fitment, power wise it isn't a farts difference in a hurricane. I'm proud of my Kooks headers under the hood. That stainless looks sooooo nice coming off of the heads.
