Prothane stuff for motor mounts on my car. I have "energy suspension" tranny mount. Check thunder racing's "Bushings" section.

This setup +1. I have a pinky finger's clearance between the driver's side pipe of the duals to the brace under the driver's seat and have ZERO problem with the pipe hitting.

so why did some of you guys opt for prothane motor mounts but energy tranny mounts?
would it be a good idea to replace my torque arm bushing while im down there?
the only reason i ask is cuz sometimes out of nowhere the car will start clunking everytime i shift gears or hit the brakes...then as suddenly as it comes it goes away until the next time it pops up....common sense would say the exhaust hitting, but wouldnt the exhaust hit all the time, not sometimes for a day or two then dissapear for a few weeks then start bangin again for a couple days? now when i was doing my LCAs/brackets, i took a look under the car and it looked like the TA bushing was kinda going to crap, as well as there was grease covering some of the components...where did the grease come from?no big deal? i can take flicks if it helps...

Ordered the Prothane motor mounts because Thunder had them at a good price. Put the Energy Suspension Trans Mount on because I broke the stocker and needed one quick. Got it from the local speed shop.

It's not that bad so long as you don't use the plate that comes with the mount. Grinding down the little "bumps" is up to you. I didn't and have no real vibration from the mounts. Now the vibration that I get from the wheels, that's another story.

Nah, either I need hub centering rings or I need new lugs. Somethings off.

Because it shifts the tailshaft of the tranny up too high, and causes vibration due to misalignment. In short, with the plate, it's too tall. The plate makes a good paperweight though.

I have heard great things about the ES trans-mount, so I just ordered one today. I'm sure it will go well with the poly motor mounts.
