ARP Studs for Headers (Torque Specs)

Does anyone know the torque specs for the ARP Stud Exhaust Manifold kit for the LS1's?

The stud has a "bump" on it, You should put them in until it hits that. Just make it tight. Thats what I did.

I don't think I've ever seen any published values for those...I think I read somewhere where a dude torqued his to 25 ft-lbs, but I wouldn't trust my aluminum heads against my memory. At the very least, you could just torque them to the factory header bolt specs and see if they leak. If they don't, you should be good to go. That's what I'd do.
