INMY01TA: I dont know how serious your comment was but I can assure you that I love my TA. What is so bad about wanting my car to sound the way I want it to? By the way, you have good taste in wheels, I have been trying to get ahold of those firehawk wheels for my car for some time now

For one thing, to make headers sound good, you are better off with a catted Y-pipe instead of ORY. Then you have to have the right cat-back. Some don't sound so good with headers. I got rid of my Borla because of that. I now have B&B tri-flow cat-back, and it sounds great. There are several others that sound great with headers.
You can do even better than that by going with true duals. It's all in picking the right combo.
One more thing, about the lack of performance you experienced from the headers. When ever you install LT headers, you have changed the flow characteristic of the engine and also the 02 sensors have been moved further from the engine which affects their readings, etc. the point is, after headers you car will usually run richer or leaner than it's supposed to, and therfore to realize the potential of the headers, you need to get the car retuned. With proper tune, the headers make a BIg difference, and throttle response is snappier than ever!

FORDS SOUND THE BEST but their sooo slow ! Stock manifolds with true duals, no cats, 12"bulletts ahead of axle, 18"cherry bombs after axle & your choice of extensions. Oh yeah. It has to have an H-PIPE only. No X pipe if you want the BEST sound. With this set-up you can hear the stock cam RUMP-A-RUMP-A-RUMP-A. Pure music for a gear head. 
Well I thought I was going to make some money off of them but I may end up keeping them now. I bought the coated hooker headers and coated ORY for $200 like new, I could definitely make money off of it but I may keep them.
