Y-pipe w/cats sound ?

Y-pipe w/cats sound ? I think I have finally decided on what I want.I am going with the Coated Pacesetters w/The TSP catted y-pipe.My question is that I have a Loud mouth exhaust I was going to change the resonator out w/the Borla or the Magnaflow but I was thinking if I run the cats,will the Loud Mouth sound OK?or will it still be way raspy?

Cats will help rasp. I have a open borla with LT's and with the high flow cats rasp isn't that bad at all. You'd probably get a better sounds with the magnaflow or borla bullet though.
