SES after free fan mod?? Hello,
I installed the a switch in my 2001Z and now I am getting an SES light. The code is "Fan 1 Circuit Malfunction" I did the mod just like it explains at www.ls1.com

Re: SES after free fan mod?? hey...i re-wrote that mod! cool. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> if you start your car with the fans already on you will get a light. it will go away shortly and has NO performance issues. let me know if you have any trouble. also, if you have the fans on high, you'll always set a code.

Re: SES after free fan mod?? So, if I have my switch on and start the car, the SES will come on? Or if the computer has the fans on and I turn on my switch it will set an SES??

Re: SES after free fan mod?? I get the light when I turn on my fans in two back to back periods of running the car. I mean start the car and then turn on the fans, turn off the fans, turn off the car, start the car, turn on fans, ses light, goes away after running the car through two more cycles without running the fans manually.
