Default lid cracked...

I have fernco smooth bellows. I'm sure that's what caused it to crack. I'm going back to the stock bellows, but should I try to fix the lid or just get a new one? I'm kind of afraid to fix the crack and have it come apart again and have whatever I used to seal it get sucked into the intake. What could I use to seal the crack safely?

If you want it to look good get a new one, if you dont care just use a little fiberglass and paint. JMO

I think the SLP lids have a lifetime warranty on them?

Depends on how big the crack is and where it is cracked from, I know my smooth bellow SLP I had, cracked my whisper lid but only a tab that slips in the air box. It was annoying me so I got SLP air lid for free which I hate, but it was free.

My crack is at the back where it mates up with the MAF. I tried to temporarily seal it with duct tape but it looks like crap and it's really not sealed all that well. I have some jb weld and rtv silicon sealant. Not sure if either of those would work well on the plastic though.
