HELP!! professional products intake

Default HELP!! professional products intake

i cant get the intake to set down all the way on the heads. do i need the ls6 coolant pipes? and i also already broke one oil sending unit. does anyone know how to fix? i would appreciate any help.

I have not tried the pro products but if the bottom is flat then yes you will need the ls6 replacement pipes . You may get lucky and grab the yellow pages and call up all of the official local dealers if you need them ASAP . If not a number of sponsors sell them as a kit or you can even modify the one you have but it is at your own risk .

On the oil pressure sending unit I brooke one on an intake swap and called my local NAPA and they did not have one at the store but they did have one in the warehouse downtown . It took about five hours before they called me up having the sensor shipped to my local store . Also you need to buy a special socket that fits this sensor that they also had . You might find another store but this was the first one I tried and it worked . Hope this helps ya out

thanks a lot i finally searched around and got all of that and got the car started now i just need to fix some leaking fuel rails. thanks for your time and help.

finally got all the fuel leaks fixed and i runs great i like it. the looks are cool to and i can tell the quite a bit of difference between it and the old ls1 intake. thanks for your help and Merry Christmas to you to

did your pro products come with a green paper gasket? i've still got mine in the box, and i heard a rumor that they changed some stuff to fix errors in production. is this true?
