Definately possible. All I had when I got my 13.2 run was lid and catback with an A4. My first time to the track in the middle of august in high heat and humidity I ran consistant 13.7's and 13.8's. Just installed a 3400 stall, and will be installing an Ls6 intake and true duals by the time I hit the track again. Been playing with hp tuners and should have myself a nice tune by then too. Hoping for mid 12's.
Good friend of mine is running 12.4s with SLP catback, lid, tune, 2800 stall/shift kit, and DRs. He was running 12.8s with street tires. He prolly could have got into the 12s with out the converter/kit if he used the drag radials first.
