BEST LS1 intake
What may be "the best" for one combination of parts and purpose may not be very good at all for another.
If you are running a mild H/C combo an LS6 inatke will provide acceptable performance at a reasonable price to most.
If you are planning on a more aggressive setup than a F.A.S.T may be the way to go for more power.
If you are looking for the ultimate power from a H/C set-up you may very well need to look into a fabricated (usually sheetmetal) intake or an I.T.B set up such as the one from Harrop.
The best thing you can do to insure that you are getting what is best for YOUR combination is to ask specific questions and include as much information as possible.
I believe that some of the most knowledgable car people on the internet frequent this site. If you ask the RIGHT questions you will get information from these people that will make your automotive modification experience far more enjoyable and productive.
Good luck!

is right, that thread was a joke untill Tony chimed in. -20hp from a FAST? Sounds like they forgot to put the port gaskets in the bitch.Read post #18 of that thread.

Losing power with the FAST is unheard of. Some people have shown weak *** gains, but gains non-the-less.
I run one in my cam only car, but I had the money and said why not.
