Damn does anyone bother to read the stickies?? Header install is right in the sticky. Here man, but next time search and check stickies first. Exhaust install has been beaten to the ground here.

header install instructions are pretty much generic. Remove emissions pipes, tale pff coil packs, remove spark plugs, take out dipstick, take off old manifolds, put in headers. Depending on the brand you may need to cut off the aluminum tab on the block.

Coil packs do not need to be taken off, although it may be easier on the hands and wrists.

makes it alot easier to get to the header bolts though and it doesn't take that long to remove them.
