It's basically the last bolt on I have to do yet(or should I say want to do) before I get heads sometime around next season. I don't think heads are in the finances this year with all the other stuff I need to finish on the car.

I didn't know you were getting an electric pump. I'm hoping it will free up a couple hp for me. Probably won't mean much but at least I should be able to let it run a little bit in the staging lanes to help with cooling. Don't really care for the car running around 210degrees when you race.

I guess you gotta change over to the old style t-stat housing and thermostat for the mezerie pump.

Just use an old style SBC t-stat. You can use your stock housing or buy one from Meziere that is anodized.

I thought you had to change t-stat housings, but if you don't that's ok with me. It kinda stinks to pay almost $600 for the EWP to only gain a few hp.

I wasn't really planning on running nitrous anytime soon. I wanna get as much out of the car as I can naturally aspirated. I would put heads on this season but don't think it will be in my finances. So for now the EWP and a slp cold air kit is all I have to do as far as my bolt ons go.

if your running stock heads then save the $600 and get a set of LS6 heads or better yet save another 400 or so and buy a set of used stage 2's. you can find great deals on this site on a nice set of heads and they will give you a solid 30rwhp.

I was actually looking into the TFS heads. I just figure the EWP can help out at the track a little. I can let it run between runs. Hopefully after heads I can dyno out at what your hp is in your sig.
