Do you mean Bassani? If so Vincci HP is a Bassani dealer so they can get Bassani stuff. But I don't think they sell that muffler separately...
But if you are looking for a dual-in dual-out muffer for true duals, look at the Dynomax Ultaflow Stainless Steel one. That's the one I used on my true duals.

Yeah Ive looked into them they also seem to be readable available..Im concerned that they'll be a bit loud...Id like to keep my system similar to my Dual-dual
I know withte TD its going to be significatly diffrent even louder..I just dont want my car to sound like a truck.
Ive got a neighbor with a 80's vette..he's got a set of flowmasters..damm car sound liek a dump truck

If you build a TD setup out of either of those, they are going to sound good. Just check out the clips on my web page for evidence, here's one:
