Default LS6 intake/cleaning heads

I've seen alot of pictures of the intake ports on the heads during an intake install and was wondering if there's any method for cleaning the heads with the intake off or just do a sea foam after the intake is installed.

I was surpised too at how much grime was inside the runners of my heads when I recently took off my LS6 intake. I just used a rag to wipe it out the best I could. I'm sure it's all because of the oil getting into the intake from the PCV system (I don't have a catch can or breather setup).
