im confused at the moment, heres the question... i have a 98 SS and want to swap the stock muffler out with a magnaflow polished stainless muffler.. its all stock exhaust tubing goin into the muffler right now, but i dont know wich size inlet/outlet they are on the stocker, magnaflow offers a 3 /2.5 Dual or a 2.5 /2.5 Dual.. which one do i get?!?. I like the tips that are on my camaro now. i have a cutout from previous owner and y pipe, pacesetter headers put in by speed inc and just want the more aggressive sound when the plate is on the cutout. please help me out..

 

The inlet pipe to the muffler should be 3".

 

so the 3/2.5 then right?...
