Header has no threads on O2 bung? WTF

Oh damn. JB weld won't stand up the exhaust temperatures.

Just run out the header bolts on that side, and see if it will lean over far enough to get the tap in it.

I can get the tap in np it's just the putting pressure on the tap to get it to cut threads is the problem

I've been patient for 3-4 weeks between problems with my y-pipe and motor mounts. I think I've sucked it up enough It's time for the f-body to pay!!!

My e-bay headers are great. Slid right in and no problems what so ever. You probably did not want to hear that though.

As far as yours goes. These are the options I see.

1 Take the car to a shop and have a new bung welded in.
2 Plug the hole and tune for SD
3 Take the header off and do it the right way
4 Buy another set and return that one

3 would be my suggestion. It will be the cheapest and easiest, and probably the same amount of time when your all done.

SD tuning deletes the MAF, and keeps the O2's. There's only a handfull of guys who have tuned out their O2's.

Try and send those headers back, then tell us how that goes.
