you will have to be careful with a lowered car period.

You will need to be careful, but it isn't impossible to get around while driving a lowered car with a full exhaust system. I rarely scrape my exhaust, and I've never scraped the headers themselves (Kooks).

They pretty much said it all. Just use caution with inclines/speed bumps/etc...You shouldn't have a problem, though

Mine is lowered, and I have Kooks 1-7/8 headers plus the 3" to 4" ORY. I have NO problems, I have to hit a MEGA bump for it to scrape the ground. The ride height it was at in my sig gave me no problems, but now it's about 3/8" higher.

The Kooks stuff rides higher than any I've seen, you should be fine. The I pipe portion of the Y pipe tucks so high, you can buy body mount TQ arms that are straight across and it clears (check out the Spohn unit, which I'm planning on geting).
