Ls6 VS Ls1 intake

Default Ls6 VS Ls1 intake

I have an intake I got off of an engine that I bought and I want to find out if it is an LS1 or LS6 intake. How can I tell which one it is. I looked all over it for parts numbersn and cant find any.

The ls6 doesn"t have the egr hose the ls1 does. The egr hose is in the front on top. The bottoms are different to. One is flat the other is angled. I think the flat one is the ls6.

the best way to find out if you have an LS6 intake is to look at the bottom. If its flat, you have an LS6 intake. If its wavy, you got an LS1 intake. From what I know, there were some vettes(98-00??) that didnt have EGR but were still LS1 intakes. Somebody may want to chime in and verify that
