where can i buy or get race pipes to replace my cats!

INstall cutouts or go to a local EXH shop to pick up a couple pieces.

I wouldnt install cut-outs in place of the cats. They need to be further back to be more effective.

Any cut-out will do. I know off hand that you probably will want a 3" cutout, and I got a set through MTI a few years back, so I know that they carry them.

What kind of exhaust do you have now?
It appears you may have the SLP headers, with a catted Y-pipe, is that right?

Simple then. Go to your local exhaust shop & pick up a couple pieces of pipe as mentioned above.
