If they have it in stock.

I've been asking them when but they are not responding. I really want a set before March but it doesn't look good. So far their service sucks....

How are you contacting them?? On eBay, through their seller ID??

Or from another website??

I want a set too, and I was hoping to get them sometime early Spring.

i too have tired contacting them about off road headers and have come up empty. on their ebay pages, they express that they dont have customer service or tech lines. so i guess your out on your own on this one. i jsut keep checking back every day to see for new items.

I won a set on their ebay auction and they refunded me. I lost $20 on the exchange rate because of this. When I contacted them they told me that they are out of stock. Since last week I'm still waiting for an answer as to when they will have this in stock. Dunno, maybe they are just slow to respond or they honestly don't know when they will have it.

I think they have the automatic auctions going for this. They had quite a few going at the same time but when I brought it up, they all got pulled.

I still want a set if they can get it in time but if they cannot, I will ahve to go with coated pacesetters instead.

from what i've heard their product is great, but their customer service is terrible. they need to realize that to run a successful business you need both.

Im just curious, but seriously, what kind of customer service did yall expect? The saying "you get what you pay for" dosent only apply to the quality of the product you buy, but also to the people you buy that product from.

You are absolutely right on this but if you win the item off ebay and get a refund without any explanations and loose $20 in the process wouldn't you be a little upset? I finally got an update as to why but it took them quite a few days. After almost 2 weeks now and I still don't know if I will get this before March. A simple Yes, No or a maybe would of help.

Yes their customer service is bad. The dont have hotlines or help numbers or anything like that. I think they run the business out of their home. That could be why their service sucks.

Yeah Id be quite pissed honestly. FWIW you could go with a set of jet hots. Ive had a pair on my car for a while and theyre holding up great. Onlything I would pull them off for are a set of kooks or QTP's.
