Cable ?'s I have a 98 LS1 and I am wondering about the throttle cables...here is a picture.
I only have the cable with the red on it. I thought it moved with the pedal but maybe it doesn't? Is there another cable I forgot to hook up or am I just thinking too much? If so where is this mysterious cable?
FYI my cable has the red but it also has a barrell on the end of it which is used to mount inside the throttle spindle...not the external nub thing. Do I have an integrated cable or something...? WTF.

I am gonna bring this back up and say, I am trying to get my throttle body off, and Cannot figure out how to get the throttle cable off the throttle body (the one with the red bullet) Can someone help?
Tee one with the red thing on the end is cruise control..it just pops off the throttle..it is a snap fit press on connector..the one with the white thing is the throtttle cable you must rotate the throttle to full throttle position and then you will have enough slak to get it off side ways..
