Possible True Dual setup questions

Possible True Dual setup questions Well, I've tossed out the idea of just another louder cat-back, and do not want cutouts, so here is my idea (keep in mind I do need to pass emissions including sniffer):
Pacesetter LT's (w/ AIR and EGR)
3" cats right after LT's
H-pipe with 3" bullets back along the passenger side
Over the axle and out back to some decent tips
The system would be relatively cheap since I can pick up the headers from Summit right down the road from me, and I already have the mufflers.
Here are my questions:
1. I have heard other TD's with bullets, but all without cats. Will the cats signifigantly lower the volume of the system?
2. What ET, HP, and TQ gains will I see out of this setup compared to the 14.2 @ 97mph that I pull now with the mods in the sig?
3. How hard would it be to put 2 cats on since it's a single catted car now?

Basically it's normal to put two cats after headers on a bolton car. The volume would be slightly lower and calmer with cats on. You'll probably pick up some midrange tq and maybe a little hp, so your quarter mile times and dyno numbers should improve.
