Cutout placement?
Anyway I have a cammed 94 T/A with the exhaust consisting of Mac mids, no cat, and Magnaflow catback. The cam is a cc503 and although I'm satisfied with the sound I'd still like it to be a little more choppy. I'd like opinions on where to weld the cutout? In I-pipe, or where the cat used to be, or up higher towards the Y-pipe? This is my daily driver and I don't want to scrape on everything which is why I don't want duals either. If I like the way the cutout sounds I'll probably buy the electric valve afterwards. This also has an effect on the placement of the cutout so it will be easier to wire. But most of all I want my car to chop it up when I'm idling!
As it sounds now:

Either way, a cut-out is a cut-out.
112 = 3 degrees of valve overlap. You will have a tad-bit more chop than you do now.
