Also, to the installer- did they come with header bolts? I will be buying locking SS bolts if they didn't.

mine were just dropped off the other day. the only downfalls i've seen to them is that they did not come with the gaskets or bolts for the header to resonator flanges, but the parts were cheap and easy to come by. the gaskets you need are walker 31556, and the bolts are just 5/16-18 by 2 inches, with matching 5/16-8 nuts and lock washers. the gaskets can probably be found at a local parts store. mine were like 7.35 each, and i have 10 and some change into the 8 stainless bolts/nuts/lock washers from the hardware store.

i wonder who makes the resonators....id like to get a pair as they are about the same size as my cats and they might free up 1 or 2 ponys.

They also look just like cats, which is all I need, and probably what they are there for.

I just installed a set of these headers on my 02 Z28. I have had Jethots, Pacesetter headers on other cars and these are just as good. Very easy slip fit on both sides. I did have to grind down steering knuckle and notch K member, but I knew this was going to be an issue because I did not install Poly motor mounts!!! The preform clamps that come with system are ****, but you can tweek them a bit. I put the torctite 2 1/2 in flat band clamps on a few days later. As far as clearance, I have about 5 in Maybe from Y to ground. Anyone who has better, either has a crushed pipe or is damned lucky. LOL! Just have to be aware of where you are driving. The Y is only 2.5 in. This I do not like. Later I plan on dumping them and getting a TSP true dual. Most longtube headers will get the same increase. I say if you have the money to buy ARH or KOOKS go for it. I know I sure would, but this way i had $$$ for other mods. Which means more smiles. What I like best is they are stainless and very shiny!!! LOL
