Two front intake bolts???

Two front intake bolts??? Okay, here's the question, crappy running for a while now. Pulled both front intake manifold bolts out, separate times, not together, and put them back in to mount Solenoids. Never sprayed, but because i removed those two bolts, could i have caused a manifold leak? If so, would it cause serious misfire issues? If so, it explains alot, after replaced plugs, wires, etc... Also, just did cam and figured it was in need of tune, buthad sligth problem before cam. Could this be it?
Your car is going to run like **** with an aftermarket cam untill it's tuned. Removing the front two intake bolts isn't going to cause sealing problems as long as they were re-installed.
Your ported MAF is also going to make it run like **** (in most cases).
Can you isolate the missfire? Possibly switch the coil packs over and see if it follows?

Removed Ported MAF Housing. Actually, swapped MAF Altogether. It's cleared up at different times
