MTI Clear Lid fitment

I was wondering how the fitment of the clear MTI lid is/was for all of you who have it, i just received mine and am having a hell of a time installing it, I've come to realize that the tabs on the rear of the lid don't seem to line up with the holes there supposed to slide into on the radiator shroud, I'll be calling MTI later but was just curious if this has happened before and if buying the black one would be a better bet, thanks

thought i would update, I received a new lid back from MTI and the fitment is much much better went in without a hitch although it no longer has a IAT hole in it(no biggy I can drill my own)
