Default LS6 Intake vs the competition

I am considering buying an LS6 intake but the question that i had was how does it stack up vs the competition? I was reading about the typhoon intake that's not too much more costly and seems to give better gains. For the price do you guys think that the LS6 is still one of the best intakes on the market?

If you get a big stall for your A4 I'd say the Typhoon could be worth the few extra bucks because it makes more power than the LS6 in the upper RPM range. But, either way, you can't go wrong with the LS6 for the money.

I am a big fan of the LS6 intake........the FAST intake is great if you plan to run Nitrous. BUt for all out performance wihtout breaking the wallet, the LS6 intake is the best in my humble opinion.

Don't worry about it. It isn't really an issue.

I dropped my ls6 recently for a fast. I would never go back. The extra airflow is worth a load of extra power. Well worth it. For mild or greater mods go with the fast, if you are stock then the LS6 is probably still ok.
