ive been told that rasp on true duals comes from crush bends. How could you get rid of the rasp without changing the bends to mandrel bends?

 

mine is crushed with very very little rasp...i have the same setup in the true duels sticky...the 1st post with the cme. 3inch to and xpipe and 2 1/2 out over the axle. its sounds really good. i wish i new how to get a vid on here...

 

what mufflers are you running?

 

2 magnaflows 2 1/2 in and out. look at the tread on top about true duels and look at the 1st post.

 

crush bends have nothing to do with rasp

dumped exhaust usually dont rasp

if you run duals all the way out the back you will sometimes get rasp

 

i did with very little...but yes there is some there

 

yeah i have em over the axle and it seems i have rasp only in park, but not with a load if you know what i mean. whats up with this?

 

ttt and would getting longer mufflers like say the 20" long powersticks instead of the 12" spiral flows which i have?
