how the hell do i get the driver side header in!!???

my install was a bit@#. i end up taking off the steering, valve cover, driver side motor mount, jacking the car up high, then jacking the motor up another 3-4 in.....
bloody hands, and 4 hrs later the car was running...

Well, it's in. I ended up having to take the motor mount out and the steering knuckles. Jacked the engine up as far as it would go, and it did slide in there. It would not have gone if I had not trimmed the K-member just a tad. I did not have to cut any casting tabs off the block. There's plenty of room for the headers once they're in place and the Kooks really do tuck up under the car very nicely.
This is not a job for the faint of heart. You need a lift to safely get the car in the air and make enough room to move the header around to wiggle it in there. Thank god I had the proper tools. If I didn't have the proper tools, I'd pay someone else to do the install.
