Decisions... Alright, I have shitmasters right now on my daily driver caprice. I was wondering if there is a difference between magnaflow bullets (magnapacks) and the slp bullets (LM1's). I just want a change in the D/D. I know it will be damn loud, they'll be dumped before the axle, but is one deeper than the other? I'm looking for loud but deep sound.

There's a HUGE difference between the LM1 "bullets" which have NOTHING inside, and the Magnapacks, which have some volume reducing material. No way I'd put the LM1 "bullets" (actually just resonators), on anything I own.
I would go with the Magnapacks, or just some Dynomax Bullets, which will sound about the same but probably be much cheaper.

Magnaflows and Borla "bullet" mufflers are MUCH bigger, and deeper sounding. A different muffler altogether.
