I have a set and my car is lowered also....im getting rid of them as soon as possible. I cant even have anyone in the car because they hit almost everytime i hit a bump on the highway. And as for speed bumps in neighborhoods....haha...forget it!

Well, I PayPal'd the guy part of the total price, called a friend and told him I got them, then he scolded me about the scraping issue and told me to go Pacesetter. So...the guy I sent the money to is pretty pissed and I do feel really bad about, told him to just send me back the total minus the 3%.

Damn I feel like a dick........but my car is lowered and I would be one pissed off **** when I get them installed and start scraping the **** out of them,

Thats the way buisness works. He waont have any problem finding another buyer for those headers. if hes pissed because you know your not going to be happy with the product and they will be damaged, hes not worth buying from. Good decesion. now you have money left over if you get pacesetters.

Thanks guys, I could hear a good buddy of mine smack himself on the forehead over the phone when I told him that I had already sent him some money and told me how bad they scrape. I want to do headers right the first time around.

The only issue is that you have to just watch where you go and avoid anything in the road.

I just put a set on my 98 formula and have no issues what so ever speed bumps are not a problem at all even those damn man made hills they call speed bumps in the neighborhoods. However, my car is stock ride height. Lowered would deffinetly be a joke. They hang about 1 - 1 1/2" lower than the cross member. I've had mine on for about 2 or 3 weeks now and not scraped once. They sound AWSOME too.

Yeah, see my car is lowered, so the joke would have definitely been on me, anyway, the guy sold them the next day, so I feel a bit less of an ***.

So if I dropped the car about 1 inch.....that would be a bad idea? I have a WS.6 ... Same stock ride hight as a Z28.
