True duals or GMMG/Borla setup

jk lol A little background on the car first. It is a stock '02 WS.6...I have had it 8 months now and haven't done any performance mods thus far...until now. I have a SLP lid on the way and now and really getting to the point where I am seriously considering an exhaust.
A few things have changed though since the last post. I have come to realize that this most likely will stay a bolt-on car. I probably will never add a blower or drop a larger engine in it. Also, the city could annex me any day now and that means emissions sniffer time. In addition, my job probably will require me to move in 2 or so years, and I could end up somewhere that has emission testing. Running no cats could be a little risky...especially since I want to do the exhaust all at once and be done with it.
I will be going with LT headers regardless of which exhaust setup I choose. But I wanted to solicit a few more opinions. So would you rather have a catted TD setup out the back or Catted Y/GMMG? I figure the cost of each would be somewhere in the ballpark of each other since the TD would be out the back.
